This notice explains how Ludix ("we", "Ludix") processes personal data collected through ludix.com.tr, and fulfills our disclosure obligation under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

What we collect
- Contact form: when you submit it, we store your name, email address, and message content, plus your IP address to prevent abuse.
- Site usage data: once you consent, Google Analytics collects visit statistics (pages viewed, device/browser info, approximate location) — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Why and on what legal basis we process it
We process contact form data under KVKK Art. 5/2 as necessary to handle your request and in our legitimate interest, so we can respond to your message. We only process Google Analytics data once you give explicit consent (by accepting the cookie notice), to improve the site.
Who we share it with
Your contact form data is only seen within Ludix, to respond to your message. Analytics data you've consented to is shared with our service provider, Google LLC (see Google's own privacy policy). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes with third parties, unless legally required.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved (at most 2 years), then deleted. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' own retention settings.
Your rights under KVKK Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used accordingly, know the third parties it's transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties it was transferred to, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
